Management Trainee

This position will prepare you for supervising and management skills in the area of logistics, operation management, customer service and sales. Familiarize with Company's Quality Management System and ensure its effective application Oversees daily consolidation operations Liaise with customer on operation issues Monitor and co-ordinate import & export shipments Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, resourcefulness, organize, attentive to details and a commitment to excellence. Have an approachable and outgoing demeanour Basic skills set such as strong communication skills in reading, writing and listening as well as high proficient in spoken English is essential. Basic organisation skills such as ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding datelines. Data entry and other assignments. Job Requirements Posses "O" level, "A" Level, ITE, Diploma in the relevant discipline, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration Management, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, or equivalent are all welcome to apply Required skill(s): Must be willing to learn and commit to work. A basic knowledge in Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics or Freight Forwarding field and experience is an advantage. 0 to 2 years' experience in shipping / freight forwarding are welcome to apply Full time position(s) available
