RESPONSIBILITIES Front Desk Management Cover the front desk. Ensuring there is consistent coverage during business hours. Be the on-site point of contact. Conduct and explore marketing strategies and channels to drive new tenants. Greet clients and guests. Manage entry access of clients, visitors or guests. Conduct centre tours. Respond to products and offerings, service-related queries or requests from clients, visitors or tenants. Building relationships with business associates, vendors and tenants. Ensure all the documents and google drives are up to date. Prepare contracts and invoices where necesssary. Keep the front desk clean and organized. Notify clients of any food deliveries and couriers. Mail collection and sorting. Handle administrative and operational tasks well. Answer any questions from clients and tenants related to the communal spaces policies, procedures and promote community etiquette. e-Marketing Conduct and explore various marketing strategies and channels to drive new tenants. Explore e-marketing channels/platform to support and drive new businesses. JOB REQUIREMENTS Good spoken English and Mandarin (required to communicate to Mandarin speaking clients). Proficient in MS Office and google drive Customer service and/or administrative operational experience a plus. Must have good initiatives, verbal and written communication skills. Team player knowing how to prioritize work, able to function independently, has multi-tasking skills and work well with a team. Friendly, cheerful and energetic
