Quantity Surveyor (Marine Civil)

Responsibilities: Source for quotation for materials and services Prepare procurement documentation, subcontractor/supplier agreements, and payment recommendations Evaluation of price comparison and prepare costing summary Plan project cost, prepare estimations and carry out quantity measurements. Manage claims, variation orders, budget & cost control Prepare progress claims, and form subcontract agreements Settle final accounts and ensure accurate documentation Maintain up-to-date records for all project-related correspondence Contracts administration and support contract-related processes Handle contractual issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably experience in civil/ land reclamation projects Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Strong organizing and time management skills Able to work independently and proactive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a plus
