We are looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relations Ambassadors , supporting members of the public at service centres across Singapore. Working Hours Shift A: Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Rostered schedule) Shift B: Monday to Sunday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Rostered schedule) Salary: Gross up to $2,700/month Deployment across multiple service centres based on operational needs. What You'll Do Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional approach. Guide members of the public in using digital government services and self-service kiosks. Answer general enquiries and provide information on government services. Recommend relevant government schemes and services based on customers' needs. Collect customer feedback and satisfaction surveys. Support daily operations, including administrative and event preparation. Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming service centre environment. Remain alert to safety or security concerns and report any incidents promptly. Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience. What We're Looking For Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life. Basic computer literacy and confidence in using digital applications. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
