Associate Test Engineer / Technician (Cleanroom, Rotating Shift)

Role Overview We are looking for an Associate Test Engineer / Technician to handle the calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of our high-tech systems and components. You will work from technical drawings to ensure product quality, resolve technical issues, and document your findings. Key Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and test electronic circuits, mechanical assemblies, and final systems. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and perform necessary rework. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine or develop test procedures. Prepare technical reports summarizing test results and solutions. Assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment . Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and committing to shift hours . Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience with optics alignment is a strong plus.
