IT Integration Engineer (Contract, Up To $18K)

· MNC · 12 months renewable contract · Basic Salary: up to $18,000 + OT and Standby ifapplicable We are seeking a highly skilled IT Integration Engineer who thrives on managing complex enterprise environments and ensuring seamless integration across Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about automation, troubleshooting, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage integrations across Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange. Lead and support M365 migration projects, leveraging tools such as MigrationWiz and other market solutions, with strong troubleshooting expertise. Administer and troubleshoot Intune, including Autopilot, Configuration Profiles, and Compliance Policies. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages to streamline IT operations. Ensure smooth interaction between Windows 11 OS, Intune, and Entra ID for endpoint management. Provide advanced troubleshooting for networking (LAN, WAN, WiFi) issues, with a focus on automation and performance optimization. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DevOps initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement. Requirements Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange). Proven experience in M365 migrations and familiarity with industry-standard migration tools. Strong knowledge of Intune administration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash). Solid understanding of Windows 11 OS and its integration with enterprise management tools. Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, WiFi) with troubleshooting capability. Exceptional documentation skills — attention to detail is non-negotiable. DevOps experience is a plus.
