As a Brand Ambassador , you will represent the brand professionally, support dailyshowroom operations, and help build meaningful customer connections. Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroomenvironment Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, andservice Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according tobrand standards Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positivecustomer experience Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leadsaccurately into the CRM system Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social mediaplatforms, and other promotional activities Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basicadministration, and cashiering where required Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights withmanagement Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assignedto support business needs Requirements Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent) Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facingenvironment) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Prior knowledge of the automotive industry , and familiarity with socialmedia platforms and content creation would be advantageous Other Information Mon - Fri: 9.30am - 7.30pm Sat & Sun: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 1.00pm - 10pm (shift) 5 days work week - 2 days off on weekdays Working Location: Tampines 1 year contract with full benefits + 1 month completionbonus JOBID: JOB-00504 Please submit your updated resume in Word format by using the Apply Now Button.
