About this role
Industry: Freight Forwarding MNC Environment Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Bonus) Responsibilities: Coordinate with overseas stations, customers, and internal stakeholders on shipping instructions and shipment requirements. Arrange flight bookings with the procurement team and coordinate shipment collections with customers and transport operations teams. Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and company procedures for handling various cargo commodities. Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates and proactive communication to customers. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, carriers, customs authorities, warehouses, and internal teams. Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with operations teams to meet customer requirements and service commitments. Ensure adherence to customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate shipment records in the system. Monitor shipment progress and operational performance to achieve monthly targets and KPIs. Work with the billing team to ensure timely job closure, invoice issuance, and resolution of billing discrepancies. Investigate and resolve supplier invoice disputes and shipment-related issues. Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with export process Good understanding of Incoterms 2010 Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Flexible / Adaptive to changes Meticulous to details All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
