Order Management Specialist

📍 West Singapore (Transport Provided) 💰 Up to $4,000 🕒 5 Days Work Week We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to support order processing, customer service, and shipment coordination. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working with different stakeholders. Responsibilities Process and monitor customer orders Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates Coordinate deliveries and shipments with factories, warehouses, and logistics partners Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other related paperwork Follow up on payment status and shipping arrangements Maintain customer and product information in the system Handle customer issues and support order resolution Update and maintain sales order reports Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Customer Operations Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with Oracle system is an advantage Interested Applicants Please send your updated CV in MS Word format to candy.lim@peopleprofilers.com All applications will be treated with strict confidence.
