Industrial Engineer

Industry: Logistics Conducive Working Environment Location: East Responsibilities: Process Improvement: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in warehouse operations Capacity Planning: Calculate and maintain capacity data for materials processing, staffing, space, and equipment associated with operation and storage. Project management of Industrial Engineering initiatives. Perform facility layout, processing time, and cost performance analysis studies Conduct time studies on existing and new work processes/tasks as required by customer Develop and provide simulation models to assist program manager designing value-added services/solutions to customers. Plan, design and support integration of Automation solutions to enhance warehouse operation efficiency Evaluate material handling or storage system via its effectiveness post implementation. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to align on project requirements & track progress Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related discipline 2-3 years related experience Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills & presentation skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD).
