Lead Social Worker

Location: Hougang Good Salary Remuneration with AWS + PB About the Role We are seeking an experienced social work leader to oversee casework, counselling, groupwork, and community work, while driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Casework & Counselling Implement tools and templates to guide case assessment Monitor team compliance with professional processes Represent the Centre in advocacy efforts for vulnerable families Establish platforms for knowledge dissemination of best practices Groupwork & Community Work Steer strategic initiatives for alignment with cluster strategies Supervisory Duties Guide supervisors in supporting their supervisees' self-assessment Assess staff capabilities, identify growth areas, and build training roadmaps Leadership Duties Participate in sector-level discussions and lead change implementation Communicate vision and motivate the team Co-construct and implement employee development strategies Operational Skills Support implementation of operational protocols and policies Oversee emergency response and crisis management tools Lead changes to support trauma-informed, developmentally sensitive practices Other Duties Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Centre Requirements Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology from an accredited institution At least 5–10 years of relevant social work experience Strong networking skills with government agencies and community partners Knowledge of SASW Code of Ethics and Code of Practice Ability to lead and manage a team of social workers Willing to conduct home visits when necessary JOBID: X9Y9XYRY Please send your updated CV to josie.cha@peopleprofilers.com All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
