About this role

Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to CRM users across regional markets, including handling user queries, issues, and service requests. Troubleshoot CRM-related problems and coordinate with vendors or internal technology teams for timely resolution. Manage CRM user access, roles, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding in line with company policies. Maintain CRM configurations, master data, system settings, and perform routine system checks to ensure smooth operations. Gather user feedback and enhancement requests, and work with stakeholders to improve CRM processes and system usability. Support system testing activities, including preparing test cases, conducting SIT/UAT, and validating changes before deployment. Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct CRM training sessions for new and existing users. Monitor data quality, support data cleansing activities, and assist with CRM reports, dashboards, and operational metrics when required. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience supporting CRM systems or business applications. Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, HubSpot, or similar systems.
