Contracts Manager (Tender, A1 Main Con)

Are you an experienced contracts professional with a strong background in tender management and procurement? Our client, a reputable A1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Contracts Manager (Tender) to join their growing team. There are opportunities for both the tender team for building as well as civil infrastructure team. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for building projects Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify cost and contractual risks Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Technical and Project Teams) to ensure accurate pricing Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for cost inputs and quotations Monitor tender progress and ensure timely submission Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required Maintain knowledge of market conditions and pricing trends Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in tendering and contract administration, preferably with an A1 main contractor Strong knowledge of local building contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA) and tender processes Candidates with prior experience tendering for the data centre industry are highly desirable Interested candidates kindly forward your CV to yiling.tan@peoplesearch.jobs (Tan Yi Ling, Reg No: R21103172).
