Store Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of business objectives. Maintain high standards in retail operations, customer service, team management, and sales planning. Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and took responsibility for their implementation. Manage store budget by monitoring sales performance, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and business goals. Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement, drive sales growth, and implement corrective actions.
