Senior/Tender QS (A1 Main Con)

Join the pre-contract team at the headquarters of a prominent A1 main contractor, contributing to tenders for large-scale developments across Singapore. What you will do Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and potential cost risks. Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate pricing. Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), tender clarifications, and value engineering proposals. What you will need Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
