About this role

Strategic Account Manager Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage key semiconductor accounts and drive business growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic global customers and key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth. Understand customer business needs and recommend value-added solutions. Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial discussions. Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver seamless customer solutions. Develop account plans and after-sales strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and retention. Support tender submissions and commercial proposals where required. Monitor account performance and provide regular business updates. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Solution Sales within a service-oriented industry. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, express, or supply chain is advantageous. Exposure to the Semiconductor industry will be highly regarded. Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
