Architectural Manager (Institutional Project, A1 Main Contractor)

About the Company & Role Our client is a well-established A1 building main contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex, large-scale developments in Singapore. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to oversee architectural works for a major institutional project in the Changi East area , covering design coordination, authority compliance, construction quality, and interface management to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural works from design development through construction completion Coordinate architectural design, detailing, and interfaces with consultants and site teams Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements Manage RFIs, shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and quality standards Resolve architectural and construction issues across façade, finishes, waterproofing, and interfaces Act as the main architectural coordination point for consultants, client representatives, and site teams Support programme control, variation management, and risk mitigation related to architectural works Requirements Degree in Architecture or equivalent; professional registration is an advantage Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in large-scale institutional or complex building projects Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority submissions, and construction standards Proven experience managing architectural works on site and coordinating multiple stakeholders Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM experience is an advantage Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Please send your CV outlining your relevant experience to wenyu.jiang@peoplesearch.jobs (Jiang Wenyu, Reg No: R1332558).
