Senior/Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con)

Join an established A1 main contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-profile developments across Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are hiring Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors for multiple positions. Successful candidates can look forward to a 5-day work week, attractive performance incentives, and exposure to large-scale landmark projects, with opportunities available at both headquarters and project sites islandwide. What you will do Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and potential cost risks. Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate pricing. Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), tender clarifications, and value engineering proposals. What you will need Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
