C&S Technical Manager (A1 Main Con)

A well-established organization within the built environment sector is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a C&S Design Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design and execution of major projects across Singapore. What you will do Lead and guide a team of engineers/coordinators to ensure effective delivery of design outputs. Manage and oversee design and planning activities to meet project objectives within budget and timeline. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on design matters, including submissions and approvals. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across functions and project requirements. Monitor design progress, manage schedules, and review technical drawings and deliverables. Provide technical expertise in civil and structural design coordination, and ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety standards..
