About this role

Strategic Account Manager Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage key Energy and/or Automobility sectors accounts and drive business growth. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations to foster long-term partnerships. Drive account growth through strategic planning and customer engagement initiatives. Gain a deep understanding of customer business objectives and identify opportunities to deliver tailored solutions. Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial proposals. Develop and execute account plans to retain customers and grow revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage after-sales activities and proactively address customer requirements. Support regional tenders, bids, and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes where required. Prepare regular account performance and revenue reports for internal stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or consultative solution sales within a service-related industry. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, international express, air transportation, or supply chain is an advantage. Exposure to the Energy and/or Automobility sectors will be highly regarded. Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities. A collaborative team player with the ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
