Senior/Building Manager (Property Developer, Commercial)

Join our client, an established developer and is currently seeking a driven Building Manager/Senior Building Manager to join their dynamic team. What you will do Oversee the overall operations, maintenance, and performance of assigned properties. Lead and supervise site staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure building facilities, services, and common areas are maintained in a safe, efficient, and presentable condition. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement works. Manage service contracts, vendor performance,and procurement processes. Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, andsupport cost-control initiatives. Handle occupants' feedback, operational issues,and stakeholder enquiries. Oversee defect management, major repair orupgrading projects Ensure compliance with relevant statutory,safety, and regulatory requirements. Lead sustainability, asset enhancement, andoperational improvement initiatives. Prepare reports and maintain proper records relating to building operations and maintenance. Maintain good relationships with government agencies, statutory authorities, consultants, tenants, auditors, and stakeholders on all building operational, compliance and licensing matters. Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by Management.
