Patient Service Associate (Diagnostic Imaging)

About The Role Ensure clinic’s operational readiness. Register patients and schedule appointments accordingly. Perform billing function, attend to and manage patients’ enquiries. Contacting and ensuring patients are prepared for appointments. Assist clinic service manager in administrative duties. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. What We Are Looking For Candidate must possess at least “N” Levels or Diploma. Proficient in computer skills. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed.
