Recommend and monitor drug therapy to achieve desired outcomes. Provide drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals. Identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems. Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and pre-registration pharmacists. Adhere to regulations, practices and policies established by regulatory agencies pertaining to pharmacy. Follow all safety procedures to ensure patient safety. Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects as required. Work as part of a bigger team to provide quality patient care. What We Are Looking For Candidate must possess a Degree in Pharmacy. Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Hospital experience preferred but not necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and precision. Ability to work in team or independently. Ability to communicate well and able to articulate procedures effectively. Compassionate and good patient care.
