Manager, Interior Design

Responsibilities: To establish Design Brief To manage & review design proposals, from initial conceptual till detailed design developments and selection of material finishes To manage & maintain cohesive design aesthetic as well as functional requirements To manage the execution of interior works from tender, construction, till completion To review and manage technical deliverables - materials samples, shop drawings To conduct site & factory checks, review quality of on-site works and off-site fabrication Requirements: Degree in Interior Architecture / Architecture or any related field Well versed in technical knowledge, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design & Site Execution, preferably with premium residential, offices, hospitality, healthcare experience Self-driven, and able to work independently Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure Good problem-solving skill Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
