Senior Executive, Policy Management (Insurance, Marine/Hull Policies, Up To $5.5K) (Id: 706246)

Responsibilities: Process Marine Hull policies and documentation , including handling complex cases with precision and within designated timeframes. Conduct upfront checks for incomplete details prior to processing. Collaborate with underwriters to gather necessary information for processing. Prepare and issue monthly renewal notices as requested by underwriters. Dispatch policies and documents to intermediaries efficiently. Maintain electronic filing of policy records. Assist in resolving reconciliation queries from the Finance department. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support and engage in special ad hoc projects as needed. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant technical field. Experience in Policy Administration operations within the insurance sector is advantageous.
