About this role

Training: Support the end‑to‑end L&D cycle including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post‑programme evaluation. Competency Development: Support the implementation of capability development (i.e. competency development) initiatives. Staff Induction: Support staff induction/onboarding. Engagement: Support employee engagement events (e.g. townhalls), including the design, communications and operations. HR Operations: Undertake any other ad-hoc HR duties or projects as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the HR department to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Requirements Relevant HR experience. Experience with Workday, competency development, and collateral design (e.g. Canva) would be advantageous. Good stakeholder management and communication abilities Excellent coordination and project management skills to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
