About this role

Job Responsibilities Collaborates with the Sales team to develop and support the execution of strategic account plans for key named accounts. Drives new business growth by researching, qualifying, engaging, presenting to, and closing new clients within the assigned territory or market segment. Builds and strengthens relationships with priority customer stakeholders, gaining deep understanding of their business challenges and proposing value‑driven solutions. Acts as the key liaison between the field teams and Global Accounts team on new agreements, Value‑Add/Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives, and efforts to increase customer wallet share. Manages and maintains a pipeline of opportunities within named accounts, including renewals, project opportunities, and share‑of‑wallet improvements. Provides management with updates on customer activities, opportunity progress, renewal timelines, and strategic account plan execution. Participates in solution‑development efforts to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed. Engages supplier sales teams to secure their support and jointly develop customer solutions. Job Requirements Degree holder At least 5 years of relevant experience Experience serving MNC or data centre/facilities management organisations.
