Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, and recruitment administration. Manage candidate communications, security clearance processes, onboarding support, and recruitment records. Conduct talent sourcing and market mapping to identify suitable candidates for current and future hiring needs. Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach. Support recruitment projects and provide sourcing insights to enhance hiring strategies. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, sourcing, or HR administration preferred. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate sourcing techniques. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
