HR Executive (Ta Operation)

Job Details: Location: Central-east region Working Hours: Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Contract: 1 yr contract (with potential for conversion) Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Manpower Planning and Projects Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning and support career fairs Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding Manage vendor relationships including recruitment agencies Prepare and maintain HR reports/Dashboards Support HR operations, employee engagement and projects Other duties as assigned Requirement: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
