Junior Accountant (Gl) - West

Job Responsibilities Compiles and analyses financial data to prepare journal entries and record business transactions. Prepares profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports, and cost accounting summaries. Performs general ledger account reconciliations with detailed line items and supporting documentation. Reviews and analyses budgets and actual expenditures. Recommends appropriate budget levels and ensures adherence to expenditure controls. Analyses and communicates trends and variances in revenue, expenses, and balance sheet accounts. Supports internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarification.
