Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate identity for community services, ensuring consistency across all brands and programs. Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel communications campaigns including digital, print, and public relations to boost visibility and engagement. Oversee the content strategy, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated through storytelling, data-driven insights, and high-quality visuals. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, while serving as the primary contact for media inquiries and managing crisis communication efforts. Develop communication strategies to support fundraising initiatives and enhance donor engagement through impactful outreach materials. Provide strategic communications guidance to program teams, particularly on branding, positioning, and crisis response. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication and marketing strategies. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the capability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences. Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems. Experience in media relations and crisis communication.
