Finance Manager (Real Estate)

Job Details: Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover) Location: Tanjong Pagar Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm Job Description: Responsibilities Support the Group’s Private Funds covering real estate properties and alternative investments in Asia Pacific Manage the monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance Prepare consolidation and closing of monthly accounts of funds, joint ventures, subsidiaries and associate Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management financial reports and investors reports Liaise with fund managers on finance matters such as monthly accounts, cashflow forecasts, quarterly forecast and annual budget Prepare the monthly and quarterly consolidated management account Coordinate, prepare and consolidate the funds quarterly forecasts and annual budget Manage Treasury and cash management matters Manage statutory financial statements, internal and external audit, tax filing and GST filing Requirements 5 - 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or private equity funds Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent) preferred Strong technical background, with hands -on experience in consolidation and statutory reporting Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively within a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex problems Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good time management and prioritisation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Familiarity with IBM Cognos Controller and SAP is an added advantage Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
