Location: Havelock Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Contract Duration: 6 + 6 Months Salary : Up to $4.2k We are seeking a Research Analyst to create and improve surveys by combining research methods and technology. The role focuses on improving data quality, efficiency, and user experience, while working with stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance data collection processes. Job Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to understand and refine business, policy, and data needs Design surveys end-to-end, including data collection method, questions, logic flows, and system setup Analyse internal and external data to improve survey design and reduce respondent effort Improve survey design and data collection using AI, automation, and advanced analytics Build and test new data collection methods such as chatbots, conversational forms, and AI-assisted surveys Clearly explain survey design decisions, insights, and improvements to stakeholders Requirements: Degree in a relevant field such as statistics, economics, social sciences, data science, information systems, or related disciplines (relevant coursework also considered) Experience in survey design, research methods, data analysis, or similar work Able to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into practical survey designs Familiar with AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
