Merchant Relations Officer (FinTech / Payments) Location: Clark Quay (Hybrid) Salary: $3,500 - $3,900/month Employment: 6-Month Contract (High Conversion to Permanent) Kickstart your career in the fast-growing FinTech industry! Responsibilities Manage merchant onboarding, including KYC verification, account setup, and system integration. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants by providing ongoing operational support. Process and monitor cross-border payment and remittance transactions. Investigate and resolve payment, settlement, and transaction issues. Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare operational reports, reconciliations, and maintain SOP documentation. Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accountancy, or related disciplines. Up to 1 year of experience in FinTech, banking, payments, remittance, or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with payment operations, KYC, FX, or remittance will be an added advantage.
