Senior Software Analyst - East (Agency Contract)

About our client: Reputed Bank Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, analytics, and reporting use cases. Translate business needs into data, reporting, and model requirements. Support end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including requirement gathering, testing, implementation, and rollout. Define and track success metrics for analytics solutions. Support predictive analytics initiatives such as trend analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Work closely with data teams on data sourcing, transformations, and validation. Develop and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions. Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, UAT, and validation of analytics outputs. Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and control requirements. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage vendor coordination, and track project risks and dependencies. Required Experience Degree Holder with Minimum 10 years in IT with experience as a Software Analyst. Minimum 5 years experience in Banking with data analytics, predictive analytics, MIS projects . Exposure to data warehouse or large-scale data platform implementations . Strong experience in UAT, data validation, and quality assurance for data-driven solutions. Hands-on experience with Tableau and Alteryx/workflow tools . Working knowledge of SQL and data querying .
