Information Technology Consultant

Responsibilities · Administrate and manage Linux servers · Troubleshoot and maintain Unix/Linux-based applications in the servers. · Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention. · Assist in system monitoring, logging, and automation. · Provide support for infrastructure and middleware-related incidents. · Ensure system security, patching, and compliance. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues. · Automate tasks using shell scripting or configuration management tools. · Maintain robust backup and disaster recovery procedures. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and upgrades. · Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. · Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. · Contribute to IT strategy, architecture, and infrastructure planning.
