Project Management & Content Development Assist Project Managers in assessing project proposals from industry partners and preparing supporting documents for management approval. Support the planning and execution of Public Service Media (PSM) initiatives by coordinating project timelines, monitoring progress, reviewing deliverables, and managing project amendments or change requests. Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project developments. Contribute to the administration of projects Evaluate funded content across television, radio, digital, and social media platforms, providing insights and recommendations to support content strategy and future programme development. Media Research & Performance Analytics Conduct research on audience measurement methodologies and assist in identifying innovative tools and metrics to enhance performance evaluation. Analyze audience engagement and feedback data from surveys, consultations, digital analytics, and other research sources to assess content effectiveness. Support the coordination and implementation of media measurement and evaluation projects. Assist in developing post-project assessment reports, including performance analysis, key findings, and recommendations for future initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement, Communications & Administration Assist in managing and responding to public and industry feedback, enquiries, and complaints relating to PSM initiatives and projects. Coordinate meetings, industry engagements, advisory committee sessions, and stakeholder events, including preparation of briefing materials and post-event documentation. Support the creation and implementation of communication strategies, publicity plans, and messaging for PSM programmes and initiatives. Maintain project records and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operational processes. Undertake additional assignments and departmental projects as required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Previous experience in project coordination, project management, programme administration, or a similar role is advantageous. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights from multiple information sources. Familiarity with audience measurement methodologies, media analytics tools, or digital performance platforms will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and stakeholder communications. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of or interest in the media industry, including broadcast, digital, and social media ecosystems, is preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
