HR Operations Assistant (11-Month Contract) Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and processes? We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Assistant to support our Human Resources team in managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and administrative activities for adjunct lecturers and temporary staff. This role offers valuable exposure to various HR functions and is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Adjunct Lecturers Administration (50%) Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for adjunct lecturers. Prepare and administer employment-related documentation, including contracts and claims processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information within the Workday HR system. Ensure timely follow-up on HR administrative matters and documentation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required. Temporary Staff Administration (50%) Support recruitment activities for temporary staff in collaboration with external recruitment agencies. Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding activities with various schools and departments. Track recruitment progress and maintain relevant staffing records. Respond to HR-related enquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Business Administration/ Human resource qualification or equivalent. Prior experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or office administration will be advantageous. On job training will be provided. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus, but not required. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Meticulous, dependable, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
