Working location: Pasir Ris Mon - Thu 830am - 6pm, Fri 830am - 530pm Key Responsibilities : Support Daily Procurement Operations. Supplier Communication. Request for Quotation. Order Tracking, Delivery Coordination. Follow up on payment enquiry with suppliers/internals. Printing and filing of shipping documents in accordance to customer’s compliance. Data entry and reporting. Job Requirements : Organized, meticulous and sense of urgency Effective communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus Self-reliant and ability to cope independently Knowledge in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel) Candidate must be able to work on weekends, if required We have clean desk policy for this position.
