This role provides comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team across recruitment operations and talent sourcing activities. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process while proactively identifying and engaging suitable talent for current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Operations Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage interview logistics, including securing interview slots, booking meeting rooms, contacting candidates, administering assessments, and preparing required interview documentation. Conduct and administer reference checks in accordance with established procedures. Support candidate security clearance processes and ensure timely completion of required documentation. Prepare and send candidate communications, including rejection notifications, while maintaining accurate records of rejection reasons. Track and record employee referral applications. Assist with onboarding activities and provide administrative support for recruitment-related initiatives. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Talent Research & Sourcing Conduct market and talent mapping research to identify local and overseas talent pools for current and upcoming hiring requirements. Build and maintain candidate longlists for key positions. Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, engaging, and screening suitable candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and direct outreach campaigns. Maintain talent pipelines and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate availability. Gather and share market intelligence to support recruitment strategies and workforce planning. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Prior experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR administration is preferred. Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and direct candidate outreach methods. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders. Meticulous and detail-oriented, particularly in managing reference checks, security clearance processes, scheduling, and documentation.
