Plaster Technician Assistant | 1 Year Contract

Job Summary Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Plaster Technician Assistant to support clinical procedures, patient care, and daily clinic operations. The role involves assisting healthcare professionals during procedures, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring a safe and efficient patient experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with cast and splint application by preparing materials and supporting patient positioning. Assist with cast removal and ensure patient comfort during procedures. Maintain plaster room supplies and ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition. Provide basic patient assistance and clear instructions when required. Support appointment scheduling and follow-up arrangements. Assist with documentation, forms, and clinic workflow. Follow infection control, workplace safety, and PPE requirements. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication with patients and colleagues. Requirements GCE ‘O’ Level to Higher NITEC in Science / Engineering. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
