Research Officer (Survey Collection) - Up $3300, Renewable Contract

Contract Duration: till end Dec 26 (Renewable - Long Term!) Job Scope Conduct outbound calls and occasional field visits to collect survey data from assigned companies. Assist respondents in completing surveys and provide guidance when required. Update call outcomes, survey records, and case notes accurately in Excel and designated systems. Ensure timely and accurate submission of completed survey data. Adhere to SOPs, project guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements. Track and follow up on assigned cases to achieve survey completion targets. Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate documentation. Support administrative duties and rectify data collection errors when required. Requirements Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Experience in customer service, call centre operations, survey research, or account handling is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with CRM or case management systems. Detail-oriented, organised, and accurate in data entry. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
