Lead AI Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions using the company's internal AI platform. Build customer-facing AI applications leveraging LLMs (e.g Claud). Design, develop, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Set up and maintain data pipelines to support AI solutions. Evaluate model performance and improve AI accuracy and effectiveness. Apply prompt engineering, MCP concepts, and AI workflow orchestration. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solution Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI solutions. Hands-on experience in Python, Java, Oracle, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI application development. Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI agents, vector databases and prompt engineering is a strong advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
