Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field from a recognized institution, along with a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA. A minimum of 4 years of experience in trust administration within the fiduciary sector, demonstrating strong client service capabilities with high net worth clients. Proficient understanding of the technical principles related to fiduciary administration and current issues affecting fiduciary structures. Strong personal attributes including self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to perform under pressure while exceeding targets.
