Senior Social Worker (Mental Health)

Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments, provide case management, and develop individualized care plans for clients. Plan, facilitate, and evaluate group work, counselling sessions, and community-based mental health programmes. Monitor clients' progress and review intervention plans to support recovery and well-being. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide clinical guidance and support to junior staff, and contribute to crisis intervention and case consultations where required. Identify service gaps and participate in programme development, quality improvement, and service evaluation initiatives. Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards. Requirements: Degree in Social Work, or a degree in a related field with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from a recognised institution Minimum of 5 years of relevant social work experience preferred Registration with the relevant professional social work body is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
