Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality service to intermediaries and clients, fostering strong relationships and conducting regular trust reviews. Achieve personal targets related to time management, utilization, and working capital management to support overall profitability. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the client portfolio, collaborating with team management to ensure compliance with business risk targets. Support Trust Directors in enhancing client service levels and promptly address client commitments and deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field from a recognized institution, along with a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA. A minimum of 4 years of experience in trust administration within the fiduciary sector, demonstrating strong client service capabilities with high net worth clients. Proficient understanding of the technical principles related to fiduciary administration and current issues affecting fiduciary structures. Strong personal attributes including self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to perform under pressure while exceeding targets.
