Data Analyst (Banking, Central)

Job Summary We are looking for a Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support data quality, governance, and risk management initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The role involves data quality monitoring, metadata governance, data analysis, and Data & AI risk reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Contract: 12 Month Location: Central Key Responsibilities Perform data quality profiling, monitoring, and dashboard reporting. Review and maintain business metadata. Support Data & AI risk assessments and thematic reviews. Analyze data to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps. Assist with data governance initiatives and stakeholder reporting. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Business, Analytics, IT, Computing, or related fields. Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Consulting. Good understanding of banking products, processes, and data models. Strong SQL skills (mandatory). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of DAMA, DCAM, or data governance frameworks. Experience with Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Cloudera, Superset, or Teradata.
