Position 1: Temporary Officer (Website & CMS Support) 📅 Contract: 6 months Job Responsibilities Support the team in resolving website accessibility issues (WCAG compliance). Migrate documents from GitBook to the Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS). Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level with a pass in English. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Comfortable using the internet and web browsers. Basic knowledge of HTML. Position 2: Temporary Officer (Data Processing & ICRS) 📅 Contract: 2 months + 1-month extension (subject to business needs) Job Responsibilities Review and analyse case information from Word documents based on provided guidelines. Extract and update data accurately into Excel. Categorise cases using reference documents and clarify unclear cases with the Product Owner when required. Upload completed Excel files into the ICRS system. Verify that data has been uploaded successfully. Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level with a pass in English. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Comfortable using the internet and web browsers Detail-oriented and able to analyse information accurately.
