Product Specialist (Surgical/1 Year Contract/Up To $5000 + Allowances)

Key Responsibilities Attend assigned hospital at least one hour prior to each surgery . Ensure availability and accurate set-up of Company products and instruments . Place accurate products in the operating room to avoid unnecessary exits during surgery. Check sterilization status and working condition of Company products before surgery. Follow the assigned hospital’s scrub policy for surgical preparation. Count and document Company instruments and materials before and after surgery. Ensure accurate handling and usage of all Company products and instruments. Clean and organize instruments after each use, ensuring proper return to logistics partner. Inspect instruments and returned products for damage and report promptly. Complete UID form with confirmed pricing for billing purposes. Report surgeon and hospital usage of Company products. Provide feedback on Company products and competitor products. Act responsibly to ensure personal and company safety. Align with workplace safety, health, and security policies. Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role as required. Qualifications & Desired Characteristics - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. - Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). - Minimum 3–5 years of operating room (OT) experience. - Willing to work outside of office hours, including weekends. - Experience providing clinical support in the operating room is an added advantage. - Passionate, energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with the ability to motivate others and foster teamwork. - Team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Able to deliver results under pressure and manage work-related stress effectively.
