Job Details: Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Location: Outram Park Contract to Perm What You'll Be Doing Rewards & Employee Benefits Support the administration of employee rewards and benefit programmes Coordinate benefit enrolments, amendments, claims, and employee exits Work closely with external service providers to ensure smooth delivery of benefits Act as a point of contact for employee queries relating to HR policies and benefits Maintain accurate HR records and documentation Prepare reports and provide insights to support HR planning and decision-making Performance & Talent Development Assist in the coordination of performance review exercises Support talent development and succession planning initiatives Promote a culture of continuous feedback and employee growth HR Operations & Analytics Compile and analyse HR data and workforce metrics Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience Employee Engagement & Culture Organise and support employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement platforms Contribute to building an inclusive and positive workplace culture Recruitment & Onboarding Support Assist with recruitment activities and candidate coordination Support onboarding and employee integration programmes Partner with stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Candidates with no prior HR experience but a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply Prior experience in the hospitality industry or HR-related functions will be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, and HR systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
